Links and Sister Superprograms

Links to Free Sites with Useful Information

There are an overwhelming number internet sites about personal and world change.  These sites stand out usually because they offer something useful for free.  If you have any links to suggest, please email us.

Searching for ecological information of all kinds

www.envirolink.org   Envirolink is possibly the best-organized directories of anything to do with the environment because it is organized both by topic and by category.  Topics, for instance, include energy, sustainable living, vegetarianism, environmental education and about 25 other topics.  Then each topic is divided into sub-topics and also categories, such as "actions you can take"  "organizations"  "articles"  "jobs"  "e-mail lists"  etc.  The sub-topics are also categorized in the same way.  This helps you rapidly find the kind of information you seek!

Sister Superprograms

What is a superprogram?  Our definition is any low-cost multipurpose program that does all of the following:

*  Addresses many different life-threatening problems at once
*  Increases the capacity (time, money, energy and skill) of its participants
*  Provides ongoing structures for personal change and changing the world
*  Maintain a balance between personal development and helping others
*  Is available over large geographic areas

All Around is proud to present two sister programs, Mission Ball and Sakaido.  If the structure of All Around doesn't appeal to you, you may find yourself feeling more at home with one of these programs.

Mission Ball is an exciting team sport format in which teams compete to do the most good.  A game covers a week and ends in a two-hour Scoring Session.  During the week participants are living their lives as usual, except that they are improving the quality of their actions and are doing as many good deeds as they can.  A league consists of four teams, and the two teams that are not competing against each other are the judges for the contest between the other two teams.  A season can last from seven to thirteen weeks and culminates in a "Superbowl" game between the teams.   Link

Sakaido is like a mental martial art.  It's inspired by Path Management and  Want Management.  It is a very streamlined program that requires a great deal of concentration.  Participants must stay in the present, performing a refinement of these two tools.   In practice, if you are serious about spirituality, this may be the program for you.  Although not a religious path, is a tremendous tool to help you make the best, most loving use of your life.  Sakaido is very different from Mission Ball since it's not performed in groups and since there are very few rules and no paperwork.

To learn about either program, please contact us.

We would like to promote all superprograms since they represent high-leverage ways to help humanity.  If you know of any other superprograms that meet our definition, please contact us at info@all-around.org.
